I had spent an hour trying to get the back off a watch to replace the battery and all I did was scratch the back, I could not get it off to replace the battery! So I visited P&T on the way home and they replaced the battery in less than a minute because they had all the tools needed to do it. It's wonderful to visit this store and view everything that is so beautiful inside.

I was told by other watch stores that replacing the crystal of my Citizen work-watch would cost more than the value of the watch. P&T replaced it for a very reasonable price. The work was perfect and the service was very nice. Glad I found them!

The owners are very nice and friendly. I purchased a pair of gold hoops, a gold chain and a watch battery at different times and was very pleased with the service and prices that I rec'd. The Mrs. gave me a 12 pack of cokes the last time I was in there..so sweet of her. 😊 I highly recommend P&T Jewelers!!😍👏🏾

They resized my ring for me. This ring is very, very special to me so I was nervous to have anyone alter it. They did such an amazing job! Within just a few hours it now fits perfectly and looks brand new.

It is really nice, in this day and age, to find a craftsman who truly cares about workmanship, honesty, professionalism and customer service. When so many others just want to make a quick buck these folks have all of these qualities. A real pleasure doing business with them.

Very friendly staff, and they were able to change both (2) batteries and reset my G-shock mud master for a very decent price. 1st time customer, but will definitely return for other watch needs.
